Ingredients for Fruit Custard
Milk 2 cup(500ml)
Sugar 4 tbsp ( 1/4 cup)
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Apple chopped 1
Banana chopped 1
Grapes chopped 1/3 tbsp
Pomegrante 1/3 tbsp
Pistachio 8 to 10
Cashew 6 to 10
How to make Fruit custard
Turn on the flame, put a pan and add 2 cup of milk. Let it heat. Once the milk is heated, reduce the flame to low. Add little warm milk into the custard powder mix it. Add little milk, if needed make sure there are no lumps.
Boil the milk for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Add sugar ( adjust the sugar as per your taste). Let the sugar dissolve add custard mixture. Keep on stirring. Boil it for 8-10 minutes on low flame ( keep stirring) Boil it till it reaches semi- thick consistency.
Once it turns semi- thick turn off the flame. Let it cool down completely transfer it into a mixing bowl. Add all the fruits and little dry fruits. Chopped apple, banana, grapes mix it. Add pomegrante and pistachio mix it well.
Cover the bowl and keep it in refrigerator for 4-5 hours. After 4-5 hour. Take it for the refrigerator, stir it.
Serving
Take it out in a serving bowl. Garnish it with dry fruits and pomegrante .Serve chilled fruit custard. Ready to serve.
