Ingredients for Bread roll
White Bread Slices 12
Potato (boiled) 6 (500 grams)
Fresh frozen peas 25 gram
Cashew 10 to 12
Green chilly (chopped) 3 to 4
Ginger (grated) 2 inch
Garlic (grated) 10 to 12
Turmeric powder 1/3 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1/3 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
Cooking oil
Salt to taste
Finally chopped coriander leaves
How to make Bread roll
Mash the potatoes. Turn on the flame, heat a pan and add oil. Let the oil heat properly add green chilly, grated ginger and garlic in hot oil. Fry it for a minute on medium flame. Add green peas. Fry it for a minute on medium flame. Add green peas fry it for a minute flame add turmeric powder, red chilly powder. Mix it and cook it for few seconds. Add crushed cashew, fry it for a minute.
Add potato mix it well. Add garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder. Add salt to taste. Reduce the flame to low mix the spices properly and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame mix it again. Turn off the flame and add coriander leaves mix it well. Let the masala/stuffing cool down completely.
Remove the edges of bread. Take one bread slice and dip it into the plain water, take it out immediately else breads may break while making roll. Gently squeeze the water. Put stuffing in the middle. Roll it from all the sides to seal it. Give it a cutlet/ ball shape. Repeat the process to make remaining bread roll. Bread rolls are ready to fry.
Heat a oil in a pan. Put the bread rolls in hot oil one by one. Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown. Keep flipping in between. Once the bread rolls turns golden brown. Take it out on the kitchen towel. Bread rolls are ready. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
