Recipe for Bhindi Do Pyaza ; How to make bhindi
Ingredients for Bhindi do pyaza
Bhindi 250 gram
Onions 3
Tomato puree 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Black cardamon 1
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tbsp
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1.5 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
Dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 4 tbsp
How to make Bhindi do pyaza
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil add 250 grams of lady fingers chopped. Fry it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame. Once it is fried, take it out add 1 tbsp of oil. Heat a pan. Fry it onion for a few minute on medium flame. Take it out. Heat a pan and 3 tbsp of oil add 1 black cardamom and 1 inch of cinnomon stick, 1/2 tbsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds.
Add 1 green chilly mix it and 1 chopped onion fry it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste. Cook it for 1/2 minute mix it. Add 1/4 cup of tomato puree mix it well. Add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder, 1.5 tbsp of red chilly powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder add salt to taste.
Cook it for a minute on low flame. Add onion and bhindi gently mix it. Cook it for 8-10 minutes on low flame . Add 1/2 tbsp of garam masala powder, 1 tbsp of dry mango powder mix it. Cook it for another minute. Turn off the flame. Take it out in a serving plate.
