Ingredients for Paneer bhurji

Paneer indian cottage cheese                   200 gram

Onion (chopped)                                       2 (large)

Tomato (chopped)                                     1 (medium)

Capsicum                                                   1/2

Coriander leaves 

Cooking oil                                                 3 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste                                      1 tbsp

Cumin seeds                                                1/3 tbsp

Turmeric powder                                         1/3 tbsp

Red chilly powder                                       1/2 tbsp

Cumin powder                                             1/3 tbsp

Coriander powder                                        1/3 tbsp

Garam masal powder                                   1/3 tbsp

Salt to taste


How to make Paneer Bhurji

Turn on the flame, heat a pan and add oil let the oil heat properly add cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds on medium flame. Add chopped onion fry the onions for 2-3 minutes o medium flame stir it. Add ginger garlic paste mix it and cook it for a minute stir it.

Reduce the flame to low add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder mix it well. Cover the pan  and cook it for a minute on low flame. Open the lid and stir it add chopped tomato, capsicum mix it . Cover the pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Open the lid and stir it add paneer mix it well add salt to taste mix it well.

Cover the pan and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Open the lid and stir it. Add garam masala powder mix it well. Turn off the flame. Add coriander leaves mix it before serving. Take it out in a serving bowl/ plate garnish with coriander leaves. Ready yo serve.
