Aloo Gobi Recipe ; How to make aloo gobi
Ingredients for Aloo Gobi
Cauliflower ( chopped and washed ) 250 gm
Potato ( chopped and washed ) 2
Onion ( chopped ) 1 large
Garlic ( chopped ) 8 to 10
Green chilly ( chopped ) 1
Cooking oil 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/3 cup
Salt to taste
Turn on the flame and heat a pan. Add oil and let it heat properly add cumin seeds, green chilly and garlic. Fry it for few seconds on Medium flame. Add chopped onion and fry it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame add potato. Fry the potato for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
You may cover the pan stir it add cauliflower mix it. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on low- medium flame. Keep stirring in between. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, add salt to taste. Keep the flame on lower side mix it properly. Cover the pan and cook it for 12-15 minutes on low flame.
Keep stirring in between. Cover and cook it on low flame. Open the lid and stir it. Turn off the flame add coriander leaves mix it properly. Sabzi is ready. Take it out in a serving plate.
