Vegetable soup recipe; chinese vegetable soup

Ingredients

Ginger                  1 inch

Garlic                    4 cloves

Onion                    1/4 cup

Carrot                    1/4 cup

French beans         1/4 cup

Capsicum              1/4 cup

Spring onion          1/3 cup

Mushroom             1/4 cup

Cabbage                 1/3 cup

Green peas             1/4 cup

Sweet corn            1/4 cup

Cooking oil/ butter   1 tbsp

Corn flour                 2 tbsp

White vinegar           1 tbsp

Black pepper powder         1/3 tbsp

Salt to taste


For process

Turn on the flame, heat a pan and add butter. Let it melt. Add ginger, garlic and fry it for few seconds. Add onions and fry it fr 1/2 minutes( keep the flame to medium). Add all the vegetables fry it  carrot, fresh beans, capsicum, ,mushroom,cabbage,green peas,sweet corn. Fry it for 1 minute on medium flame. Add water 2.5 cups approx.

Add salt and stir it. Cover the pan and cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Open the lid and stir it. Add black pepper 1/2 tbsp, white vinegar 1 tbsp. Add water in corn flour ( 1.5tbsp). Make semi thick batter. Add it into the soup. Keep stirring add spring onion. Cover it and cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Open the lid and stir it. Turn off the flame add crushed black pepper. Ready to serve.
