Manchurian Gobi ; how to make dry gobi manchurian


Couliflower               400 gm

Garlic chopped          2 tbsp

Green chilli               1 tbsp

Spring onion             1/2 cup

Onion                        1/4 cup

Capsicum                  1/3 cup

Ginger garlic paste     1 tbsp

Corn flour                   1/4 cup

All purpose flour        1/4 cup

Soy souce                   2 tbsp

Vinegar                       1 tbsp

Green chilly souce       3 tbsp

Tomato ketchup           1/4 cup

Red chilly powder         1.5 tbsp

Red chilly souce            1 tbsp

Black papper powder     1/2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Cooking oil


Heat 2 liters of water (Add 1 tbsp of salt) . Put the couliflower florest in hot water. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Turn off the flame and drain the water. corn flour 3 tbsp. All purpose flour 3 tbsp rice flour (optional) red chilly powder 1 tbsp, salt 1 tbsp, ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp. Add 1/4 tbsp of black pepper powder mix it. Add 1/4 cup of water.

Make thick batter. put the boiled couliflower florest in the batter. Mix it sprinkle little maida or corn flour on the top. Gently coat it and make it dry . keep it a separate plate. Ready to fry. Put the couliflower in very hot oil. Fry it on medium high flame. Take it out , Ready to put in souce.

Add 1 tbsp of vinegar 2 tbsp of soy souce. Green chilly sauce 3 tbsp mix it well. Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp , water 3 tbsp , corn flour 1 tbsp mix it well. Heat 3 tbsp of oil. Add green chilly and garlic cook it for few seconds add onion and capsicum. Cook it for a minutes on high flame.

Add the prepared mixed souce., tomato ketchup 1/2 tbsp , red chilly powder , salt to taste. Black pepper powder 1/5 tbsp , souce mix it well on high flame. Add spring onions, corn flour 3-4 tbsp in batter. Add 4 tbsp of water. Let it come to boil.

Add the fried couliflowers add spring onions mix it well. Or toss it on high flame. turn off the flame (Don't cook it for long time, just mix the souce. Ready to serve.
