Cheese Balls recipe; Cheese Balls


Mozzarella cheese (mashed)    100 gm

Processed cheese  (mashed)     100 gm

Paneer (mashed)                       100 gm

Potatoes boiled                       3 medium

Green chilies (chopped)         4-5

Ginger (chopped)                   1 inch

Coriander leaves                    2 tbsp

Refined flour                         2 tbsp

Degi red chilly powder          1/2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste               1/2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Baking soda                         1/2 tbsp

Fresh bread crumbs(Poha powder)   1 cup

Hard cheese(For stuffing)      1/2 cup

Bread crumbs                        1 cup

Oil for frying

For Slurry

Refind flour                          1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Water as required


In a bowl add mozzarella cheese,processed cheese paneer, potatoes mashed. Them all together until mixed properly. Now add green chillies, ginger , coriander leaves, refind flour, degi red chilli powder , ginger galic paste, salt, baking soda, bread crumbs and mix everything properly until it all comes together.

Take a portion of the mixture, make some space in between and add a small amaunt of cheese and roll it to make a boll, repeat this and make ball, Repeat this and make balls with rest mixture.

Make slurry by mixing refined flour, salt and water, it should be coating consistency. Place oil in a kadhai to heat for fry. Slurry and then coat it with bread crumbs properly, repeat this process for all other balls.

Now deep fry thes balls in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with same tomato ketchup.
