Kanda Bhaji Recipe; How to make kanda bhajiya (onion pakoda)
Indegrients for kanda bhaji
Onion - 4
Salt - 1 tbsp
Grated Ginger - 1 tbsp
Choppe Green Chilli - 2
Turmeric poeder - 1/4 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Ajwain (Carom seeds - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
Besan - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
OIL for deep Fry
HOW TO MAKE - KANDA BHAJI (onion pakoda)
Peel Wash and cut both ends cut into thin Slices. Combine well making sure to Squeze onions well. Salt 1 tbsp , Graded ginger 1 tbsp, chopped green chilli 2 tbsp , turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp , red chilli powder 1tbsp, Ajwain 1 tbsp Chopped Coeiander, Besan 1/2 cup Rice flour 1 tbsp add in batches and mix well.
Total 3 tbsp Besan used . Do not add too much of Besan . Oil for deep fry add 1 tbsp hot oil into batter . Fry only on high flame make sure oil is bubbling hot . Take little portion of batter and add into oil . Do not make a ball or add too much of batter into oil . Flip and fry on all sides untill Golden Crisp . Take out in plate when Golden Crisp .
