Cassata Ice cream recipe; How to make cassata ice cream at home

Ingredients for cassata ice cream

 For icecream base


Full cream milk    - 1 lettar
Milk powder         - 1/2 cup
Cornflour              - 3 tbsp
Sugar                     - 3/4 cup (150gm)

For first layer

Rusk(Cake slices)      - 6-7
Hot milk                     - 1/3 cup
Milk powder               - 2 tbsp
Powder sugar             - 2 tbsp

For secand layer

Icecream base
Chopped Mango     - 1 cup
Powder sugar         - 2 tbsp
Gel food color (Optional) - 1 drop

For third layer

Icecream base
Pista                      2 tbsp
Green food color   2 drop
Sugar                     2 tbsp

For Fourth Layer
 
Ice creame base
Strawberry jam      2 tbsp
Sugar                      2 tbsp
Pink jell food color  2 drops

How to make cassata Ice cream

Gas on the pan. 1litre full cream milk, 1/2 cup milk powder, 3 tbsp cornflori and mix well. Cook on medium to high flame. Stir continously. Sugar 3/4 cup (150grm). Cook for 20-25 minutes turn of the flame.

Let cool it transfer in a blending jar & blend for few seconds transfer in a bowl. Place in freezer for two hours. Again blend for few secong divide in tree parts. Place in freezer for two hours. 1/3 Cup hot milk, 2 tbsp milk powder, 2 tbsp powder sugar.

5-6 Rusk (cake slices) dip in hot milk & place in serving dish . Fill the grap with cushed rusk. Soak with milk place in freezer for 30 minutes .

For first layer 1 cup mango blending jar and 2tbsp powder sugar and grind it. Add 1 bowl ice creame 1 drop yellow foor color mango ice cream is ready. Spread on rusk layer. Place in freezer for 2 hours. Take second bowl of ice cream.

Transfer in a blending jar 2 tbsp pista 2 drops green jell food colour blend it. Spread pista ice cream on mango ice cream place in freezer for 2 hours. Take third bowl of ice creame. Transfer in a blending jar 2 tbsp strawberry jam 2 drops pink jell food colour . Strawberry ice cream is ready.

Spread on pista ice cream place in freezer for 30 minutes. Garnish with cashew and pista. Place in freezer for over night. Cassata ice cream is ready. Its tasty and delicious ice creame
